Nice establishment! Not loud at all, we were able to have a pleasant conversation without yelling. The service was good, everyone was polite. The fried pickles are definitely top 2 of any I've had across the U.S. The signature ribs and mac n cheese was also delicious!
I’ve been here twice now within 7 days and I must say the service and food was excellent both times. We sat at the bar & was served by JayJay/ Jessica each time. She really made the dining experience memorable with her great customer service. Drinks were good & food delicious! Highly recommend 12 out of 10 stars!
Hubby and I went for date night with a little coupon to save a couple bucks. Our hostess was sweet, courteous and seated my hubby first so I could use the ladies room, then she pointed to where my hubby was seated. I found him and our server came right over. She was friendly, polite, knowledgeable about the menu and able to assist us with some of our decisions (appetizers) as we already knew what we wanted for our shared meal. She was very attentive, provided real world conversation without neglecting any of her responsibilities, and made us feel very welcome. My apologies, I meant to write this review the other day but something came up that distracted me. We had the pretzel sticks, and cornbread. I have to say, the pecan butter for the corn bread was better on the pretzels than the cheese sauce. The cheese sauce was loose, bland, and, meh. The pretzels alone were outstanding. The cornbread was great with the pecan butter, but a bit crumbly and dry. I added extra butter to compensate and the taste was delicious overall. We ordered the meal for 2 that is served on a mini BBQ grill at the table. It had chicken, ribs, smoked sausages, roasted peppers and onions, and smoked chicken wings. Incredible. Succulent. Or server's name was Leanne (I think!!!) She is 20 years old, has a true passion for the service industry, and LOVES PENS, SHE HAD A POCKET FULL OF MANY COLORS OF PENS. I LOVE USING MANY COLORED PENS!!! I lost my receipt or I could've looked.
Was visiting some family friends and wanted a bite to eat, they recommended Smokey bones. They said I absolutely had to get the wings, grabbed the buffalo and they were great . I know understand what it means to have true buffalo wings and blue cheese. I had this wonderful server named Becca, very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable of her menu. Also there was this woman named Ashley, I think she was management. She stopped by our table just to make sure we were enjoying our experience(even though she was clearly busy). A big thank you to Smokey Bones and their staff!
Had an amazing time! Food was delicious, and the service was outstanding! Becca Olivadoti was the absolute best! I even asked to compliment the manager and she brought out Ashley for me to give praise to! She runs a good crew over there. 10/10, would recommend!
I recently ate here as I was passing through town and had a very delightful experience! I wanted to especially shout out Ashley, who was tending bar while I was there. We struck up a nice conversation, and I can definitely say I’ve never met someone as great at multitasking and keeping the customers happy as she is!
Came here while visiting family for the holidays and Becca made sure we all had the BEST time! Everything came out so delicious and after bringing it out for us, Ashley stopped by and made sure everything came out amazing! (I think we even saw her making drinks at multiple points?! Busy lady!) Wish I was a local so I could see Becca all the time, the service was that great!
